Each and Every user has a thier own page, attached to thier user page. The Talk page is used to recieve messages from other users.
It's a place for you to let other users know why you may have edited something they had written, complaints, congratulations, or anything you'd like to personally address them with.
keep in mind, all users can view any user's talk page, so please remember that at all times you're in a public forum, and keep it civil. it's just the internet.
as a rule, users are not allowed to 'blank' their talk page, which means editing the page empty.
this is so the admin or other users can keep track of what specific users have been informed of already, etc.
if you notice a user that has blanked thier talk page, just roll the edit and leave them a note about not blanking. if you decide to do so, please be nice, as many users simply blank thier pages to clean up old conversations.
