With the release of 2008's SAMPLE BERSERK (aka this is your brain on A.D.D.),
the Red Ruler moniker was officially extended to the current "That Horrible Red Ruler".

In 2005, influenced by mainstream media, and the decline of the music industry in general- Red Ruler established his own label, "Break Pop Records"
with the goal of releasing and distributing QUALITY records at QUALITY prices. that focus on supporting artists' visions of thier art, giving artists full creative control.

Ruler has since started a second imprint label, ""Death Records"" for more experimental/ noise music, but they have not as of yet released any material.
